Goku beats a final Heel≯ace Turn into Vegeta, who sacrifices himself to kill Majin Buu. Babidi's Dragon Dabura fights Buu because he doesn't think that Buu will remain loyal to Babidi, but fails, and Buu turns him into a cookie and eats him. The ensuing fight revives Majin Buu, a silly but very powerful character. Vegeta willingly allows Babidi to control him for the power boost, and uses it to fight Goku. Goku, Vegeta and Gohan infiltrate Babidi's hideout. But what was meant to be a friendly get-together end up turning serious when two of Babidi's agents beat up Videl then later take Gohan's energy for their own. Gohan and the rest of the Z-Fighters participate in the world tournament. Deals with Gohan's high school life and him becoming the Great Saiyaman as well as meeting Videl.
